Are iHerb products FDA approved?
Asked 2 years ago
I'm not about to get into a debate about supplements with anybody, and I don't want to know about the company's business practices or anything so please spare me those details. All I want to know is if the products I buy from iHerb are approved by the FDA.

All iHerb brands meet strict standards and Current Good Manufacturing Practices set by the FDA. Because the FDA does not approve dietary supplements, most products won't be "approved" as medication would be. The vitamins, supplements, and natural health products on iHerb are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
