What is the difference between MyUS basic and premium package?

Is the basic package with MyUS even worth it in reality? From what I can see, the basic and premium membership on MyUS both have the same cost, so what am I missing? Why would anyone get the basic package if the premium package has more stuff? What is the real difference between these two?

MyUS offers three options when using their service: Single Package, Premium, and Business. Premium costs $9.99 a month but offers free package consolidation, repacking, and 30-day storage. Premium seems to be worth it if you are planning on often making multiple orders from different stores and then consolidating them to save fees.
